Brine:
1 cup salt
1 cup brown sugar
2 oranges, quartered
2 limes, quartered
6 sprigs thyme
4 sprigs rosemary
3 leaves sage
6 crushed peppercorns
2 crushed bay leaves
2 gallons water
brine for 4 to 24 hours. Then cook as you please.Does anyone have a great Brine recipe for a turkey?
