Recipe for wild turkey legs?

I recently shot a turkey. I plucked and cut out the breast and legs. I want a good recipe for cooking the legs. Maybe like you get at fairs and festivals. Any ideas?Recipe for wild turkey legs?
TWO STEPPIN' WILD TURKEY LEGS





6 x Turkey Legs


3 tbl Worcestershire sauce


1 tbl Oil


RUB


2 tbl Salt


1 tbl Coarse ground pepper


1 tbl Onion powder


1 tbl Brown sugar


1/2 tsp Cayenne


MOP


2 tbl The rub


1 cup Vinegar


1 tbl Worcestershire sauce


1 tbl Oil





Mix the worceschestersire sauce and the oil and give the legs a good going over..getting under the skin as much as possible. Then rub with the rub..getting under the skin with it also. Refrigerate 4 hrs. or overnight in plastic wrap. Smoke for 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. at 200 to 220 mopping at 45 min.Also mopped at 30 min intervals..which seemed more reasonable.
