Recipe for Turkey Spaghetti?

We have some left over Turkey from Christmas dinner and my mom was wondering what is the easiest way about making some Turkey Spaghetti? If anyone has any SIMPLE recipes or suggestions I'd like to here them! Thank you!Recipe for Turkey Spaghetti?
I think this is the same as Turkey tettrazzini. Here's one of the recipe's from cooks.com It's about the same as the one we use. We don't use sherry, and hardly ever use cream--though a can of cream of mushroom works great in a pinch if you don't feel like making the sauce.

TURKEY TETRAZZINI

6 oz. spaghetti, cooked

1/4 c. butter

1/2 c. flour

2 2/3 c. chicken broth

1 c. cream

1/4 c. sherry

1 tsp. salt

Pepper to taste

1/2 lb. mushrooms

1/2 c. chopped green peppers

1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large pot, melt butter; add flour and whisk. Add wine, cream, seasonings, cheese, turkey, mushrooms and green peppers. Place cooked spaghetti in bottom of baking dish and top with tetrazzini mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.Recipe for Turkey Spaghetti?
Emily T's turkey tetrazzini is delicious. I've made it several times. I do use a little sherry. I never have cream sitting around so I add about 1/4 cup of instant non-fat dry milk to a cup of whole milk or 2%. It works great. Mmmm, I love this dish.
Cook spaghetti, and share it on plates, and then share turkey putting them on the plates, and then, big dollopes of tomatoe souce!, mix it up and off you goo!!! Ooh and a side salad!YUM
we have all been in the situation where there is half a turkey sitting in the fridge waiting to be eaten, and no-one can face another turkey sandwich.as can be abit on the dry side.. This is a great way to use up those leftovers and create something special. Believe it or not this recipe is incredibly simple and quick to prepare, making it ideal for a weekday meal. I like to serve it with a salad, preferably a green or red salad. The quantities shown in this recipe serve 2 as a main course.

Ingredients

1 clove Garlic, finely chopped

1 Yellow pepper, chopped

200g Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

30g Black olives, pitted and halved

200g Cooked turkey, shredded

200g Spaghetti

4 tbsp Pesto

Method

Fry the garlic and pepper over a medium heat until the pepper has softened.

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet (usually boil for about 10 minutes).

Meanwhile, add the tomatoes, olives and turkey to the pepper and warm through.

Drain the spaghetti and mix with the pesto and pepper mix.

Serve immediately.
Grind the turkey leftovers in the food processor instead of using other meats... and add whatever vegetables you like to your sauce... get creative!
