Breaded Turkey Breasts
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup dry bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
* 1 cup milk
* 1 pound skinless, boneless turkey breast meat - cut into strips
* 1/4 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then in crumb mixture.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook turkey for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, and juices run clear.What a really good Turkey Breast dinner recipe?

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast in a wonderful meal for special occasions or for a Sunday dinner that lasts for weekday lunches and quick dinners.
Makes 10 servings.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2 1/2 hours
Ingredients
1 turkey breast (5 to 6 pounds), fresh or frozen, thawed
4 teaspoons McCormick庐 Italian Seasoning
2 teaspoons McCormick庐 Season-All庐 Seasoned Salt
3/4 teaspoon McCormick庐 Ground Black Pepper
1 cup water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350掳F. Place roasting rack in shallow roasting pan. Mix Italian Seasoning, Season-All and black pepper in small bowl.
2. Place turkey breast in prepared pan. Spread seasoning mixture over entire surface and under skin of turkey. Cover loosely with heavy duty foil.
3. Roast 1 hour. Remove foil. Add water to pan. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer or until internal temperature reaches 165掳F, basting occasionally with pan juices. Remove turkey from oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 15 minutes. Transfer to platter or carving board and slice.
I always think simple is best when it comes to poultry. I don't know exactly what recipe you're after, but here's what I would do (I assume you're Turkey breast is deboned with the skin on). Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cut an onion in quarters, cut big chunks of carrots and celery. Put the veggies on a rack in the roasting pan. Dust them with a little dried sage. Salt and pepper the Turkey breast liberally and lay it on the veggies, skin side up. Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes, then turn the oven down to 300 degrees and bake until the internal temperature is 165 degrees. (personally I think 150 degrees is sufficient, but for safety and sanitation purposes it's supposed to be at least 165) The time depends on the size of the breast...a 4 pound breast will probably be done after the first half hour of cooking. Let it rest on the counter loosely covered with foil for at least fifteen minutes, then slice.
For side dishes, just simple green beans with mashed potatoes and gravy made from the pan drippings.
