Recipes with ground turkey?

I am so hungry and all I have meat-wise in my fridge is ground turkey. So any good recipes? Thank you. :)Recipes with ground turkey?
My sis-in-law takes the ground turkey and places it in a single layer in a cake pan and bakes it. She drains it, cools it, and cuts it into squares (small ones). Then she makes a salad with kidney beans, avocadoes, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and Catalina salad dressing. She pours a little on the salad, mixes it up, and puts it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. When it's time to serve, she serves it with the purple tortilla chips (you can use Doritos or any tortilla chip) and shows the company to crumble the chips in the bowl first, and then add the salad and give it a stir. She serves extra Catalina (sometimes she uses French Dressing also), on the side.

KEFTA (MOROCCAN MEATBALL STEW)

For the meatballs:

1 lb. ground lamb [turkey is even better!]

2 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 onion, peeled and finely chopped

1/4 tsp cayenne

salt to taste

2 tbsp olive oil for pan frying

For the sauce:

2 cloves garlic, peeled

2 medium onions, peeled and finely chopped

1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped

1 small bunch of parsley, chopped

2 lbs tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp cayenne

1 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Plus 6 eggs (optional)[I like to skip the eggs]

Combine all the ingredients for the Kefta and form into 1 inch balls with wet hands.

Heat a 6- to 8-quart stove-top casserole and add the olive oil. Brown the meatballs in the oil, then remove, leaving the oil in the pot. Set the meatballs aside, covered.

Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper to the reserved oil and saut茅 until the onion is clear. Add the remaining ingredients for the sauce and simmer, covered, 30 minutes until the sauce has cooked down to a thick gravy.

Return the meatballs to the sauce and simmer uncovered 10 minutes more. Carefully break the eggs into the sauce and poach for a few minutes (don't overcook the eggs.) Serve at once directly with the pan.
if you are hungry right now, the fastest thing you can do are burgers! Use the turkey meat in the same way you would use the regular ground beef. The Burger will be lower fat as well:) You can add some Worchester sauce or soy sauce for flavor

Or you can do chili, or shepard pie, or use it in a bolognese sauce, or do meatballs.... but I guess you don't have much time right now :)
I made cabbage rolls with ground turkey last night. The recipe is in the Betty Crocker cook book - also all over online............I just used ground turkey instead of ground beef - came out perfect.
Use your ground turkey in any way that you would use ground beef.
