Can anyone give me a good recipe for turkey salad when it's canned turkey?

You could use this recipe, with canned turkey.

2 c. turkey (ground)


1 med. onion


3 tbsp. mayonnaise


1 tbsp. salad dressing


Salt to taste


Celery, optional





Mix ground turkey, mayonnaise, salad dressing and finely chopped or ground onion. Chill and serve. I usually grind all leftover turkey and put in pint freezer bag and freeze for later use.Can anyone give me a good recipe for turkey salad when it's canned turkey?

Cook Time: 8 minutes


Ingredients:


1-1/2 cups orzo pasta


3 Tbsp. oil


3 Tbsp. orange juice


1/2 tsp. salt


dash white pepper


4 cups canned turkey


1ripe cantaloupe, cut into 1'; pieces


1 cup sliced celery


1 cup red grapes


1 cup mayonnaise


1 Tbsp. milk


3 Tbsp. orange juice


1 cup chopped cashews


Preparation:


Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain, rinse briefly with warm water, then drain thoroughly. While pasta is cooking, combine oil, orange juice, and salt in a large bowl and blend well. Stir cooked and drained orzo into this dressing. Add turkey, cantaloupe, celery and grapes.


Combine mayonnaise, milk, and orange juice and stir to blend. Fold into turkey mixture. Just before serving, add cashews. Serves 8
Crumble up the turkey in a bowl,add some celery.miracle whip,a little relish. Or add some Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix to add more robusting flavor.
Experiment with the quantities, adjust to your own taste.

2.Canned turkey


3.Celery-sliced into very small pieces


4. Pickles-sliced into very small pieces


5.A small amount of Dijon mustard


Serve with some head lettuce leaves
Do you mean the canned type like canned tuna? Put it in a bowl, add some mayo, chopped celery, onions, walnuts and chopped grapes, salt and pepper.
