Does anyone know a good Super Bowl recipe using a whole turkey?

I have a whole turkey that I don't foresee having a use for outside of a Super Bowl Party. Are there any good football-watching recipes that involve a whole turkey?Does anyone know a good Super Bowl recipe using a whole turkey?
Deep fry the turkey. Put some rub on it first. Or, if you have a smoker, put hickory chips in the bottom and let the flavors begin. Since you have a whole turkey, You could do a variety of things with portions of the turkey.

You can use some to make turkey salad (like ham salad).

You could make turkey chunks, and put out for salads if your going to have any salad things for your calorie caring friends.

You could by wraps and let people make their own turkey wraps with ranch, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc.

Make turkey sandwiches or subs

Your options are endless, just be creative.Does anyone know a good Super Bowl recipe using a whole turkey?
Buy or google a cajun spice rub for the turkey...rub it up and let it soak a day....then fry it if you can. Usually there is a turkey fryer somewhere in the family or one of your friends will have one...you can ask to borrow it. Then slice it up really thin and put it on a platter with some rolls for a quick sandwich...you can get nicer and make some spread like cool ranch mayo to go with it...
