My stuffing usually consist of celery, onion carrot, and sage. You can add dry cranberry, raisin, and walnut in there.
As for cookie, I love Lime-snowball cookie and German Sprintz. I'm making a peppermint cane cookie, with you take half of a sugar cookie dough add peppermint extract and red food colloring to it.
