Turkey and Broccoli Casserole Recipe?

Does anyone have the recipe for Trukey and Broccoli Casserole?? And any other casseroles that don't have ham in it? As long as I have the Turkey and Broccoli Casserole Recipe I'm ok.Turkey and Broccoli Casserole Recipe?
Broccoli-Turkey Casserole


with Mushroom Sauce





Ingredients


3 cups Broccoli florets


2 cups leftover Turkey, chopped


1 medium Onion, chopped


1 medium green Bell Pepper, chopped


1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded


1/2 cup Pepperjack or Jalapeno cheese, shredded


2 stalks Celery, chopped


3 Tbsp. Butter


1/2 tsp. Salt


1/4 tsp. Pepper


1 cup cooked rice


For mushroom sauce:


2 Tbsp. Butter


4 ounces Mushrooms, sliced


2 Tbsp. Flour


1/4 teaspoon Salt


1/4 tsp. Pepper to taste


1 cup Chicken stock or broth


2 Tbsp. dry white Wine


1/2 cup Sour Cream








Place broccoli in a deep frying pan, add a little water, cover and steam until just tender. Drain any remaining water, then place the broccoli in a greased 2 quart casserole dish, cover, and set aside.





Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in the frying pan and saut茅 the onion, bell pepper, and celery until just tender. Shut off heat, then add the turkey, rice, salt and pepper and mix well. Add to the casserole dish.





In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the sliced mushrooms and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, then add the stock and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in the wine, then remove from heat and blend in sour cream. Pour into the casserole dish, add the shredded cheeses and mix well.

This is a great recipe to use leftovers for.





Ingredients


1 Head of broccoli, lightly steamed till crisp/tender


5 cups Cooked turkey or chicken, cut into bite size pieces


1 cup Lowfat mayonnaise


1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup


3 Eggs


2 cups Shredded lowfat cheddar or monterey jack cheese


Salt and pepper to taste


Mushrooms or bacon (optional)





Preparation


Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 glass dish.





Beat eggs, soup, mayo and shredded cheddar in bowl until well mixed.





Add cooked broccoli and turkey (and mushrooms %26amp; bacon if you desire).





Pour mixture into glass dish and bake about 45 minutes or until top is browned.
It's SO good and heats up well. I always use less chese, fresh chicken or turkey, add more broccoli and cut out the milk. It's one of my favorites and very easy to make.

Saute medium onion in 1/2 stick butter. Cook 1 package broccoli and drain and add:





1 c. uncooked rice


1 c. cooked chicken


1 can cream mushroom soup


1/4 c. water


1/2 c. or more Cheese Whiz


1/2 c. milk





Pour in casserole and bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE





2 cups leftover turkey


2 pkgs. frozen broccoli


1 c. grated Cheddar cheese


1 stick oleo


5 tbsp. flour


Salt and pepper to taste


1 1/2 c. chicken broth


1 c. whipping cream


3/4 c. bread crumbs





Cut cooked turkey into bite size pieces. Put into 9x13 baking dish. Cook broccoli in salted water - drain. Place on top of turkey. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Blend in flour. Add cheese and broth. Cook until thick. Add whipping cream, stir until smooth. Put over turkey and broccoli. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes.
Turkey Divine





2 cups cooked turkey


2 packages frozen broccoli


1 can cream of mushroom soup


1 1/2 cups sour cream


1/4 cup good sherry


1 small can sliced mushrooms


2 cups shredded cheddar cheese





Line the bottom of a 9X13 pan (spray with Pam) with the broccoli. You can use full stems or florets. Place in single layer on bottom.


In a small mixing bowl, place all the other ingredients except for the cheese and mix together.


Pour mixture over broccoli.


Top with Cheese.


Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, until bubbly on the sides. Serve over rice.
