What birds are used for the recipe where they stuff a turkey with a chicken, a chicken with a duck etc?

My cousin is a butcher and he said he would make this bird roast thing for me if i can find the recipe. I know roughly it is something like a turkey stuffed with a chicken, with a duck in the chicken and the birds gradually get smaller as you progress. I want to do something different this xmas so if anyone knows the recipe or how many and what types of birds to use then please let me know..cheersWhat birds are used for the recipe where they stuff a turkey with a chicken, a chicken with a duck etc?

The 5 Bird Roast... but I asked my butcher ( after the first year) to leave the Pheasant out and I provide some chestnut , apple and sage stuffing which he then puts into the chicken. What birds are used for the recipe where they stuff a turkey with a chicken, a chicken with a duck etc?

remember to debone all of the birds as they will sit inside each other better and cook more evenly.
