Does anyone have a recipe for pulled turkey sandwiches?

I grew up in PA German country and we used to have pulled turkey sandwiches. But the sauce was a clear broth base without using bbq sauce or a tomato base. I am trying to find similar recipes but have been unsuccessful in finding the recipe somewhere online. I'm not sure if I'm looking under the wrong name or what.Does anyone have a recipe for pulled turkey sandwiches?
Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 small red onion, chopped

1 celery stalk, trimmed and chopped

3 cups cooked turkey thigh meat (in large chunks)

2 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

1 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

4 hamburger buns

Heat oil in Dutch oven or deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in turkey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tomato sauce, cider vinegar, chile powder, mustard and salt. Cover and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour or until turkey shreds when pulled with fork. Serve turkey in buns with cole slaw on the side, if desired.

Tip This dish freezes well. For convenience, double the recipe and freeze leftovers in individual portions. Thaw and reheat in microwave oven.Does anyone have a recipe for pulled turkey sandwiches?
