I need a recipe with ground turkey?

I've never used ground turkey before and have a pound to thaw for dinner tonight. We just had burgers two nights ago, so something else would be great.

Any ideas? Thanks!I need a recipe with ground turkey?
SPAGHETTI PIE

The Crust for One Pie:

6 ounces spaghetti or thin spaghetti (less than half a standard 16 oz. box)

2 tablespoons margarine

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, regular, low fat, or fat free

2 well-beaten eggs

2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (2 cubes about 1 inch on each side, about 2 c. shredded)

Break the spaghetti strands in half before cooking according to package directions. Drain and return it to the pan. (Should produce about 3 cups.) Stir in margarine until melted. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Shape mixture into a thick crust in a buttered or non-stick sprayed 10-inch pie plate. (Tip: even if you鈥檙e cooking with low fat margarine, you might grease the pie plate with regular margarine, since the crust tends to stick if you use the low fat variety.) Easiest if you use clean, buttered hands, but purists may use the back of a large spoon.

The Filling:

Blend any thick pasta sauce with browned and drained ground turkey, beef, or sausage. (Use about 1 pound meat and about 15 ounces of sauce per pie.) Add drained canned mushrooms or saut茅ed fresh mushrooms, peppers, or onions if desired. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 ounces) and/or additional Parmesan and bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool a few minutes before cutting.

i use it for meatloaf -- use some extra bread with it to get a good consistancy.
Try chili or meatloaf. It works great.
Here is a recipe for chile using ground turkey. It is delicious.

Turkey Chili

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

2 celery stalks, thinly sliced

1 lb. ground turkey

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1-2 tbsp. chili powder

1 28-oz. can of crushed tomatoes

1 15-oz. can of black beans, drained

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 can corn (optional)

In a large soup pan, cook onion, pepper, celery, and turkey in oil until turkey is cooked through. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, beans, and oregano, and stir well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corn and simmer for 10 more minutes
Spaghetti, chilli, stuffed peppers, meatloaf, anything you can think of for ground beef can be done with ground turkey too.
i use ground turkey for everything that you'd usually use ground beef with. taco night is popular in our house. all you have to get is a seasoning packet, along with taco fixings, and everyone can personalize their tacos.

we have also made cheeseburger pie

1 lb. hamburger

1 med. onion

1/2 tsp. salt

1 1/2 c. milk

3/4 c. Bisquick

3 eggs

1 can tomatoes, drained

1 c. shredded cheese

Brown hamburger and onions together, put in a greased 9';x9'; pan. Combine the milk, Bisquick and eggs together; pour over the hamburger. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and cheese and bake 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean

or spaghetti

or sloppy joes we'll do a lot, but you just had burgers, so that might be too close to the same.
Use it for a small meatloaf just add egg and a Little bit of bread crumbs with some seasonings you like, like pepper, salt, or spice it up with cipolite sauce.
