What are some good recipes for stuffing turkeys?

I was wondering if anyone knew any good recipes.

Thanks You:)What are some good recipes for stuffing turkeys?
This is my mother's recipe~ this will fill a 10# -12# bird

Turkey giblets %26amp; neck

3 cups water

Salt %26amp; pepper

1/2 cup margarine, melted

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1 large bag Brownberry Onion %26amp; Sage Stuffing croutons

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 pound pork sausage

Chicken broth~optional instead of meat broth

In a sauce pan, combine turkey giblets, neck and water. Sprinkle with salt %26amp; pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer til meats are done. Allow to cool enough to handle. (Mom would discard the liver and remove the gristle from the gizzard) Strip the meat from the neck and chop up the other giblets. Put the meats in the blender; add the chopped onion and celery %26amp; 1 cup of the broth from the meat or chicken broth. Blend on low speed just until the bits are very small but not to liquified. In a large bowl add croutons %26amp; pour mixture from blender over crountons. Toss to distribute the juices. Add egg %26amp; pork sausage. Mix with your hands adding more broth if necessary to moisten the croutons, but not to make them soggy. They still need to have shape. Fill the neck and chest cavities of the turkey loosely with the stuffing mix.(If you overfill~it could bust open when baking). Lace shut the openings with skewers or string. Put turkey in a large roasting pan %26amp; bake according to instructions for it's weight. Water in bottom of pan. Keep an eye on the water level even if it's a self basting bird. Bake any remaining stuffing in a greased, covered casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, more or less depending on how much you had left over. If you have a roasting bag, it will guarantee a moist %26amp; golden brown bird and much less clean up time. What are some good recipes for stuffing turkeys?
I think a standard stuffing works really well and then add sausage to it!

Loose sausage that you buy in the grocery store. Like Jimmy Dean or Southern Home, spicy, mild whatever.

It is sooooo good!
