What's a good recipe for a whole turkey?

I'm bored with the old traditional veiw of turkey. Is there something Hawaiian or something else interesting I could do this Thanksgiving?

(No one in my family eats the giblets.)What's a good recipe for a whole turkey?
Ever tried deep fried turkey? Delicious - had one last year for the first time. What's a good recipe for a whole turkey?
You might consider ';cooking outside the box.'; I try to cook using any and all the cookware in my kitchen cabinets (which my late Grandfather did leave a WAREHOUSE of cookware from all over the world!)

MY SUGGESTION is to cook using any liquid seasonings. - I use many wines and beers, because the alchohol usually tenderizes. - Although, I have used the (stand-up) beer can holder to roast chicken only once.

Also, consider using your FRYING PAN to cook the sliced meat with Teriaki or other sweet sauces (served with either rice, pastas or potatoes.)

Oooh, now my mouth is watering just to think about these recipies!
make a good stuffing,1 lb. hamburg,1 sausage roll and stove top mix to gather, add water and butter that the stove top ask for.use the Lg. box of stove top.If you need to add more bread do so if you like either onions or green pepper, chop, fry and add to mixture.this will be the best stuffing you ever had,Everyone will talk about my stuffing at Thanksgiving.
frying it in a turkey fryer and injecting it with a lemon buter seasoning
you can fry it whole, it tastes even better!!
Yes, I have a friend who stuffs the turkey with a big pineapple (with the outside cut off first). He says it makes the turkey really juicy and everyone just raves about it!
inject it with garlic butter marinade, let it soak in a plastic bag in the fridge over night then deep fry it...................
Barbeque! If you have a weber or high profile cooker. Put charcoals on the side and feed them everry hour. Indirect cooking.

BBQ sauce of course, but allow plenty of time. Use a baking thermometer and measue the grill temp for about 325-350

If the grill is too high, consider a rack on the bottom of the grill to raise the turkey above the coals s the cover can be set. .

Deep fried is great BUT, the grill is extremely dangerous. I watched the neighbors house burn down last year from a splattering burning grease on the house...it went up lke tinder and water spreads the flaming oil.
