I love love the reynolds bags. they get golden and crispy, makes it great for clean up. stuffed or unstuffed season any way you like, i dont think you can go wrong. try it once you'll love it. after this thanksgiving i have everyone doing it. i think it cooks faster too.
2 hours 350 Make an adobe out of foil or tea leafs or banana

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup white sugar

1 table spoon sesame oil

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon ginger

1 can pineapple (for the base)

note........If you prefer spicy you can crush fresh thai chillies with the garlic
You would make up your dressing and put that in side the turkey, Some people make up ground chuck like you going to stuff Green peppers. You just clean the turkey and season it with butter and pepper and salt cover it up with foil and cook.
if you just want to prepare just the turkey (no stuffing the turkey )make sure to get it clean inside and out, when done season the inside cavity with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary.and on the out side season with salt, pepper. I like to cook mines in a cooking bag (turkey size) It will not dry out .and It will self baste. Just follow the direction on how to use the bag go by the cooking time said. One more thing I do I spray the top of the turkey with a little butter flavor pam.
I have found that the best Turkey is when you cook it in one of those oven bags. You can find them where the aluminum foil is in the store. I put some flour in the bag and coat it by shaking. Next put some butter in the bag and then the Turkey. Look on the box for the cooking time.
I would just buy one turkey from Boston Market cause I am too lazy and dumb to make it myself
