Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe .. calls for a dry white wine?

What should I use??Thanksgiving Turkey Recipe .. calls for a dry white wine?
A dry white wine that cost between $6-10. No need for an expensive wine...Save the expensive wine to drink w/the meal. It will not add any ';extra'; flavor to the turkey. However do not go with anything $5 or under. You will not get the flavor at all if you go that cheap. White wines add an extra ';pucker'; to foods. Great w/lighter colored meats, pasta's, seafood. Red wines are for tomato dishes, red meats, and vegetable soups,,,things like that. It will say on the bottle if it's dry. What you are looking for is a high alcohol and low wood white

Personally I would use almost any $ 13.00 + white wine from the Burgundy region of France

By French wine law all whites from Burgundy have to be made from the Chardonnay grape.

However the French version is so vastly different from the Californian version that you would almost not recognise them as the same grape.

My next choice would be a Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux
chardonnay
You would be fine with a pinot grigio, a sauvignon blanc, or a fume blanc. Avoid chardonnay, which tends to be sweet.
Use a sauvginon blanc. Also something that you would enjoy drinking.
Chardonnay
