I know dozens, but the long-time family favorite for several decades now is Leftover Turkey Dinner Casserole -

Press the stuffing into a baking dish to form a shell about 1/2-3/4 inch thick. Add leftover turkey. Dot with the leftover gravy (no need to thin it - it will thin out as it heats and remelts). Frost with the leftover mashed potatoes. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes until heated through, bubbly around the edges and nicely browned on the 'tater peaks. Yum!

We sometimes roast a turkey just so we can have this!
