A favorite in my house- Mustard Chicken
Spread your favorite mustard over boneless chicken breasts and roll in bread crumbs, place on a pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and spray a bit more on top of chicken. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
Another even healthier recipe we make alot is Tomato and Basil Chicken Breasts. Put a bit of olive oil in a skillet, add some minced garlic and brown, add chicken breasts and brown on both sides, Add diced canned tomatoes ( the italian seasoned ones are great) and a splash of balsamic vinegar, top with fresh basil to taste,
